This module will help you understand how central people are to all stages of the retrofit process. It will look at why, and how to engage residents in retrofit projects, using different scenarios and examples of best practice.

On completion of this module you will understand:


- How and why you need to engage with residents during the retrofit process
- What information should be given after a retrofit project and how best to communicate this
- How Sequencing works to minimise disruption to residents and local communities
