Directions

From M6

• Exit the motorway at junction 40 (signed to Penrith and A66)
• Join the A66 towards Penrith
• Go straight over the next roundabout
• Follow the A66 for approximately 8 miles to Kirkby Thore
• Over the brow of the hill, turn left after the bus stop, in the direction of Kirkby Thore village
• Take the third left hand turn (signed "British Gypsum Works")

From A1

• Exit the A1 at Scotch Corner
• Join the A66 towards Appleby-in-Westmorland
• Approximately 4 miles beyond Appleby-in-Westmorland, turn right in the direction of Kirkby Thore village
• Take the third left hand turn (signed "British Gypsum Works")

Parking

• All vehicles must be reverse parked
• Electric charging is available via the Monta App, if your vehicle has a front end charging point please reverse park and ask for our long charging cable
• Once parked report to the Academy

Main site rules

• Strictly No smoking other than designated smoking shelters.
• Stand still to use all mobile devices, no walking and talking
• Please stick to all designated walkways when walking around the site.

Catering

There is a canteen on site with hot and cold food and drinks.

PPE Requirements:

• Please bring your own safety footwear
• No shorts are allowed
• Other than safety footwear all other PPE will be provided
