Hi I’m Charlotte Robinson, I have been with British Gypsum since 2019 and started within the Sales team as a Regional Account Manager looking after National and Independent accounts in the North England and Scotland region. During this time I worked on building strong relationships with my customers. Promoting new products, attending any customer trade shows and running through product training within the branches. All of this lead me on a journey to know becoming an Interior Solutions Trainer within the East Leake Training Academy.

The main passion of this role for me is meeting and working directly with new people, helping to develop their skills and product knowledge. I really enjoy being more practical as it’s given me more context behind selling our products now I’m physically using them myself and teaching others. I like to provide an engaging atmosphere and encourage everyone to get involved on courses to make it an enjoyable but valuable day.
